Teresa meets clients in a professional and confidential office at the Centre for Mindful Therapies. It is located in the heart of Pickering Village, Ajax, in the Courtyard Plaza. Please note that although the address is "Old Kingston Road", the entrance to the office is located in the East end of the plaza, on the side which faces Kingston Road. The closest intersection is Kingston Road and Elizabeth Street.

Driving Directions:

From the 401: Exit at Brock Road in Pickering. Drive north to Kingston Road (Highway 2). Turn right (east).

From the 407: Exit at Brock Road (where Highway 407 ends). Turn right on Brock and travel south to Kingston Road (Highway 2). Turn left (east).

Once on Kingston Road (Highway 2): Travel east passed three sets of lights. The entrance to the Courtyard Plaza is on the left immediately after the third set of lights (Elizabeth Street)
